Your appointments are important to us. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 4 hours notice. This ensures that we can make appropriate arrangements to rebook your appointment while also giving other clients the opportunity to fill your cancelled space. We reserve the right to charge for any no-show or cancellations with less than 4-hour notice.
Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable. If you are not happy with your services, please give us a call, we are happy to talk and make things right.
We know life is busy and things happen unexpectedly. Please call the salon if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If we have not been able to contact you 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, you may be considered a no-show and have to forgo your appointment.
